In 2001, in line with government policies, a significant portion of the company's shares was privatized through the stock exchange by the Industrial Development and Renovation Organization of Iran. Ultimately, in 2010, the majority of shares in Iran Tractor Forging Company were transferred to the Bavili Tabrizi family.
