About Iran Tractor Forging Company
In 1987, as the largest and most equipped hot forging factory in the country and the Middle East, it was separated from Iran Tractor Manufacturing Company (a private joint-stock company) and registered under number 4055 at the Tabriz Companies Registration Office. After the separation, the majority of its shares belonged to the Tractor Manufacturing Company and were later transferred to the Iran Industrial Development and Renovation Organization (IDRO). In 2001, in line with government policies, the majority of the company's shares were transferred by IDRO through the stock exchange to the private sector. Finally, in 2010, the majority of the company's shares were transferred to the current management (the Bavili family).
Iran Tractor Manufacturing Forging Company is located on a land area of approximately 11 hectares, with a covered space of 100,000 square meters, and has an annual production capacity (considering the variety of parts) of about 35,000 tons.

The company produces a wide range of critical and safety components for industries such as automotive, agriculture, oil and gas, railways, marine, construction, mining, and general engineering. A competitive advantage of this company is the production of various types of 3, 4, and 6-cylinder crankshafts, as well as the production of parts weighing from 200 grams to 150 kilograms.
