Therefore, the raw material for crankshafts must be medium-carbon steel or alloy steel containing chromium and nickel. After machining and quality assurance, the components undergo heat treatment to enhance fatigue resistance. Finally, crack detection, balancing, and fatigue tests are conducted on all components before delivery to the customer.
