In 2001, in line with government policies, the majority of the company's shares were transferred to the private sector through the stock exchange by the Iranian Organization for the Development and Renovation of Industries. Ultimately, in 2010, the majority of the shares of Iran Tractor Forging Company were transferred to the Bavili Tabrizi family.
