:The Quality Assurance department is responsible for

  • Developing control plans for components based on customer test plans.
  • Investigating customer complaints.
  • Conducting problem-solving meetings to address production issues.
  • Planning and overseeing periodic product audits and quality assessments of output products.
  • Overseeing the implementation of Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and Statistical Process Control (SPC) to ensure the accuracy of measurement systems and process control.
  • Planning and conducting periodic audits of production processes.
  • Designing and implementing necessary control gauges and tools for component control.
  • Planning and leading the product realization planning team and the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) committee.
