Design and Engineering
As one of the most critical departments within our forging company, the design and engineering team, comprised of experienced engineers and utilizing advanced software and methodologies, is committed to fulfilling the company's objectives of enhancing product quality and customer satisfaction. Producing high-precision parts to customer specifications in the shortest possible time, while minimizing material consumption without compromising quality, is a primary focus of our design and engineering department. To this end, our department designs molds with exceptional precision using CAD software. The generated model of the initial mold design is then employed for simulating the forging process.
Simulation of the forging process is conducted within our company using both 2D and 3D software. These software applications enable the high-precision simulation of even the most complex forged components using the finite element and finite volume methods. Through simulation, we can accurately determine the forces required for part production, loads exerted on the mold, potential part defects, and material flow in both two and three dimensions. Design modifications to molds and materials are continuously made to address potential defects and optimize the production process.
