Laboratory

Advanced Equipment Our forging company’s laboratory is equipped with advanced instruments capable of conducting various tests, including:

Quantummeter This ARL (Switzerland) device analyzes 24 elements with 0.1% accuracy.

Tensile Testing Machine  This Schenck Trebel (Germany) machine performs tensile and compressive tests up to 400KN.

Impact Testing Machine  This Wolpert (Germany) machine performs impact tests with a maximum energy absorption of 300J.

Hardness Testers  This equipment assesses Rockwell, Brinell, and Vickers hardness.

Microhardness Tester This FUTURE-TCH (Japan) device measures the hardness of metallographic phases.

Metallographic Microscopes  These devices determine the percentage and type of metallographic phases.

This workshop prepares samples for metallographic and quantummetric analysis using various grits (180-1200) and alumina polish. Hot etching is also performed to observe fibers in the samples.
