The company’s tool and spare parts workshop was established alongside the main factory to produce and supply the tools required for the company’s production processes. All production tools and spare parts that become worn over time and can no longer meet the company’s needs, as well as tools required for new production machinery and measuring equipment, are planned and manufactured in the toolmaking unit. For this purpose, the company’s tool and spare parts unit is equipped with numerous lathes, milling machines, grinding machines, and manual workstations, which are used outside of the production line but are extremely important in supplying the company with the necessary tools.

Manual Work
This includes several machines such as band saws, belt sanders, vertical grinding machines, presses, carbide cutters, and drill sharpeners, as well as other tasks such as filing, marking, tapping, and threading.
Grinding Line
This line consists of cylindrical grinding machines, surface grinding machines, and tool sharpening machines, providing micron-level precision and efficiency in grinding operations.
Milling Line
This line includes four milling machines that offer higher power and efficiency compared to lathes. Various production tools made of different materials such as steels, cast iron, bronze, phosphor bronze, etc., can undergo various surface machining, drilling, and other operations using these milling machines. Additionally, this line is equipped with a broaching machine for machining keyways in internal holes of components.
Lathe Line
This line comprises lathe machines. These machines offer higher precision, speed, and measuring equipment, and various operations including turning, boring, drilling, etc., are performed continuously and with the required accuracy on these machines.
Welding Line in the Spare Parts Workshop
This line includes an argon welding machine, a CO2 (MIG/MAG-650) welding machine, and an inverter.
Cutting and Preparation Unit for Laboratory Samples:
This unit includes two band saws, one grinding machine, and one abrasive cutting machine.
