Final Inspection Department

All produced parts are inspected in this department based on their respective inspection plans. The department is equipped with various compounding machines (MP), eddy current machines, high-precision scales, and sliding conveyors.

• Compounding Machines: The final inspection department is equipped with various compounding machines such as universal compounding machines, crankshaft compounding machines, beam axle compounding machines, and special connecting rod compounding machines. Operators use magnetic particle and ultraviolet light methods to inspect parts for cracks, separating defective parts from sound ones. With this equipment, various safety parts such as Peugeot 206 and 405 triangles, crankshaft and connecting rod front-end components are inspected for cracks.
• Eddy Current Machines: These machines can non-destructively separate parts and materials with different properties and hardness. If there is a mixture of materials or if the parts have different structures or hardness, this machine can separate and sort them.
• CMM Machine: This DEA machine, with an accuracy of 8 microns and a working table of 3m × 1m × 1m, is capable of inspecting molds and precision tools. In addition to manufacturing molds, tools, and spare parts for presses, the company’s mold-making department also manufactures various die-casting molds for Iran Khodro. All of these molds are inspected with the highest precision by experienced personnel using the CMM machine. This machine has the capability to import 3D files from a computer and compare the part’s measurements with the nominal dimensions entered, and report the results on a drawing.
