Intermediate Control Unit

This unit is responsible for controlling the parts produced in the pressing workshop. All parts produced on various presses are evaluated against the customer-approved drawing. In case of any discrepancies, appropriate corrective actions are taken to address the identified defect. Data extracted from this unit is continuously recorded in SPC software to evaluate the production status of parts and conduct statistical studies. This section is also equipped with a compounding machine, digital scales, and various measuring instruments. Based on the data received from the customer (drawing, control plan, and other documents), the produced parts are verified at the beginning of production and are also controlled at specified intervals during production to prevent the production of non-conforming parts.
