Over the years, Iran Tractor Forging Company has manufactured over 1,350 different types of parts. These parts, ranging from 200 grams to over 150 kilograms, include components for agricultural machinery, oil and gas industries, railway parts, shipping industries, textile industries, cement industry, electrical equipment, automotive industries, and even the aviation industry.

In the automotive industry, various front-end components of paramount importance for safety are regularly produced and delivered to customers after inspection. The presence of a large T8000 press and the production of heavy 4, 3, and 6-cylinder crankshafts, as well as 355 Benz crankshafts, have made this company uniquely competitive in the region. The production of various connecting rods for diesel and gasoline engines, with a weight accuracy of ±12 grams, is another testament to the company’s capabilities.

All of the aforementioned lines are equipped with induction furnaces of appropriate power for heating the billets. The induction furnaces on the production lines are equipped with a sorting system.
