Monitoring and managing the flow of raw materials and produced parts from the moment they enter the company until delivery to the finished goods warehouse, as well as controlling and monitoring to meet customer needs, are the main responsibilities of production control

: Job Description of Production Control
  1. Supervise and control the parts at the worksite to prevent any discrepancies and maintain order.
  1. Prioritize heat treatment and finishing operations, as well as grinding of produced parts according to customer needs, and deliver parts without operations to the shot workshop, while transferring the remaining parts for heat treatment and subsequently to the shot workshop for final control.
  1. Unload incoming materials and receive cut materials from the cutting workshop, control cutting statistics and information, and deliver cut materials daily and throughout shifts, providing relevant reports.
  1. Receive the remnants of cut materials, chips, and transport and store them separately.
  1. Deliver intact cut materials (ground) according to the production schedule to the production lines and return unproduced materials and scheduled replacements from the press, maintaining them (feeding the production lines).
  1. Sample parts during production daily to calculate the average actual weight of the parts.
  1. Weigh produced parts daily and shift by shift, prepare and record production statistics, log production stoppages in the system, and provide relevant reports.
  1. Control the production process in terms of quantity and remaining materials, announce code shortages when necessary, and monitor production lines moment by moment.
  1. Deliver required parts for grinding, control and supervise grinding priorities, and review statistics and information monthly.
  1. Manage pallet circulation at workstations, provide the necessary pallets for each workshop, and monitor pallet inventory.
  1. Conduct inventory counts, analyze information, and present it to auditors and finance.
  1. Supervise and manage the transportation and movement of raw materials, parts, etc., using forklifts within the company.
